A 30-minute morning appointment. We ask that you fast for 10 hours beforehand — water is fine. Bring any recent lab work from the last 30 days if you have it.

One to two weeks after your labs, you'll meet with your provider to go over your results, understand what they mean for your body, and walk away with a personalized plan.
